1. At least one of your audio devices has a sample rate that doesn't match the rest. This can result in audio drift over time or sound distortion. Check your audio devices in Windows settings (both Playback and Recording) and ensure the Default Format (under Advanced) is consistent. 48000 Hz is recommended.
OBS Sample Rate: 48000 Hz
Altavoces (2- Realtek High Definition Audio): 48000 Hz
Micrófono (Screaming Bee Audio): 44100 Hz
2. In Windows, we recommend that "Game Mode" be enabled for maximum gaming performance. Game Mode can be enabled via the Windows "Settings" app, under Gaming > Game Mode.
3. Run OBS as Admin. To run OBS as Administrator, right click on the OBS shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok.
4. Color Formats other than NV12 and P010 (such as format: I420 [420!]) are primarily intended for recording, and are not recommended when streaming. Streaming may incur increased CPU usage due to color format conversion. You can change your Color Format in Settings -> Advanced.

5. Custom FFMPEG output is in use. Only absolute professionals should use this. If you got your settings from a YouTube video advertising "Absolute best OBS settings" then we recommend using one of the presets in Simple output mode instead.
6. Record to MKV. If you record to MP4 or MOV and the recording is interrupted, the file will be corrupted and unrecoverable.
If you require MP4 files for some other purpose like editing, remux them afterwards by selecting File > Remux Recordings in the main OBS Studio window.
If still having issues after making all those changes, post new log.
