Question / Help Really bad input lag and FPS when streaming Overwatch

Hi, my main game is Overwatch and I'd really like to be able to stream it properly. I think my PC should be more than enough to be able to stream OW with a stable 144fps, but for some reason I just can't. When I do, my FPS drops from 200 to unstable 80-120 and I get really bad input lag. I've tried lots of different things over the last year or so, still haven't gotten it to work. I can stream everything else perfectly fine.

Specs:

I've tried many output settings and video settings, nothing really appears to work. I appear to be heavily CPU bottlenecked (I hit like.. 20% max GPU usage normally when playing Overwatch, while CPU is at 100%, which is strange considering it's not a bad CPU and it's OC'd to 4.4ghz. All temps are fine, CPU actually doesn't go above 60 for Overwatch), so I encode using nvenc, yet it still impacts my FPS like crazy. I don't mind the FPS drop too much, aslong as I can get a stable 144fps, but the main issue is the input lag.

Can you check, if the input lag gets better at the cost of lost OBS frames, when you set the OBS priority to low and the game priority to high?
I hope there is no second monitor with a different refreshrate involved, as that can also cripple your main monitor refreshrate while gaming.

Yeah, the input lag does change depending on priority of OBS and the game. I tried playing a match with OW on normal and OBS on above-normal and the game felt just fine, checking the VOD now to see if that improved it at all.

My 2nd monitor does have a different refreshrate, but nothing running on it should be causing issues. OBS preview and anything animated is disabledo
