Really annoying capture card problem (Avermedia live gamer mini)

I've been trying to livestream Nintendo Switch games with my Live Gamer Mini, and I've been able to do it before, but now OBS doesn't even recognize it as a device. It's just not in the list of devices on my Video Capture Device source. Also, the device is flashing blue. I don't really know what else to say, but I'd be really grateful for help!

Flash on blue check drivers in system.
After connecting blue led must lights constantly.
