The real speed of uploading an internet line is:

1 mb up (1000 kbits) = 125 Kbytes / sec or 0.12 Mbyte / sec
3 mb up (3000 kbits): 375 Kbyte / sec or 0.37 Mbyte / sec
8 mb up (8000 kbits): 1000 Kbytes / sec or 1 Mbyte / sec

Etc...

Mathematical formula to follow to know the actual speed: upload speed / 8

If I have a 3mb upload, is it correct to set 375 as video bitrate in OBS output settings?

If you wanted to use 3 mbps upload, you would enter 3000 kbps in OBS.

OBS' settings are in kbit, not kbyte

Don't forget about the sound track (+128..160 kbit/s)

2800 video bitrate in OBS output settings is corret (+ audio track 128)?
