Hello,
I've recently upgraded to a new PC (Ryzen 9 7950x3d, 3080 GPU and TUF X670E WIFI Mobo) from a Ryzen 7 5800X with the 3080 and X470 Mobo and on WIFI6.
In OBS when I record or stream my camera stutters on my new PC whereas on my old one it did not.
Camera is plugged into a USB 3.0 socket and has been changed a couple of times to resolve the issue. I have also been into the Razar software and turned off HDR as well as lowering framerate in OBS from 60 to 30 with no joy. All aty 1080p and I'd rather not drop the resolution as it worked on my old PC.
I guess it's something to do with OBS as it does not do this in discord or other video recording software.
Any suggestions would be appreciated before I launch the camera out of the window :)
