Raspberry pi 4 obs Linux browser source plugin trouble

Hello I followed all I could find to set the Linux browser source plugin. About downloading the newest after setting on the . config side of the files in the obs plugin putting the file and rebooting many times obs. Nothing I can't get it to show me the link plugin and I don't know what I'm doing wrong
