Randomly started crashing 3-4 times a stream

Randomly starting crashing 3-4 times a stream for the last 3 streams. Seems to crash out any web pages I have open at the same time as well as Discord sometimes. Same scene collection I have been using for over a year no issues. I am on a brand new set-up though for the last couple months (new pc, new mics, new webcams), but I havent had any issues until now. Would love any help if able!

Im also getting the error message (screenshot attached) obs-broser-page.exe - Application Error
As well as an out of memory error on the webpage crash

Heres some more information. I seem to be using a ton of RAM. Just having OBS open says im using 7.5 GB of RAM for OBS, 18 total of the 32 GB I have.
