Randomly dropping bitrate.

Been streaming for nearly 2 years now and this is a brand new issue that I can't figure out how to solve. When I'm streaming my bitrate will suddenly drop to 500 or less. I usually stream at 5k bitrate in 1080p. It will maintain this for a while and suddenly drop for maybe an hour or 2 then shoot back up to 5k. It happens at different points in the day. I am on a wired connection. I've tried everything possible on my end. Changed twitch server. Restarted router/modem etc. I can't think of any other way to troubleshoot this issue.

Here is my most recent log file.

This may be caused by network congestion or a problem on the side of your ISP, who usually refuse to admit it.

You should use the utility to select the best speed and server.

You can check for packet loss to available hosts when a problem occurs.
Use the WinMTR utility and specify the selected rtmp server in the address, as shown in the screenshot.
Twitch server addresses can be found here:

Loss - shows packet loss. If they are, then you must show this to your provider.
request timed out - the host may be closed for security purposes, this is normal.

Finally, you can try specifying a dynamic bitrate in OBS, but that doesn't fix the underlying problem.
