Randomly disconnecting.

Hello.

I'm hoping this is the right page for this annoying issue.
I had to stop streaming due to OBS disconnecting and reconnecting FIVE times during one stream on Twitch.
I would like to know what is going on? I only had OBS open on my computer at the time,
and I had very little stuff on my OBS Scenes, with the Computer usage being at 30.0 to 45.0 as usual.
It's making me and my viewers very angry that it keeps doing this.
Please let me know if you have any ideas on how to fix this.
Since the latest updates, it has happened more commonly,
and I had to stop using "Commons Frames Per Second Values" setting on 60,
and had to lower it to 30, as OBS now randomly closes itself if at 60.

Kind regards,

Michael.

Most probably your ISP degraded the service.
Please use this tool to verify the quality of your internet connection against Twitch servers:
Anything bellow 90% quality isn't good. Please post an screenshot of it.

Please restart OBS and perform a test stream/recording of at least 30 seconds doing as you normally do, including playing games, full camera or whatever you normally do.
Now look inside Help menu. Upload the current log file and paste the url to the log in here. Click on the Analize button to start troubleshooting common issues.

Hello there.

Thank you for getting back to me.
I have attached screenshots and a text document of the results.
I streamed for about a minute, if that helps a little on information.
Hopefully, these files are okay. If not, let me know if I have missed anything, and I will get it sorted.

Kind regards,

Michael.

Please review the Analizer and follow directions / recommendations:

The worst thing is that you are using the wrong GPU.

Ah, I see...
That's quite annoying.
But, I am hoping I have fixed at least one or two of the five problems.
I'm not very good with computers when sorting these things out, but
hopefully, the results are a little better.
"Windows 10 21H2 (OK)" and "0.1% Rendering Lag" I couldn't work out
how to fix, due to, apparently my computer isn't good enough to update to
Windows 11, despite the fact I had built my computer with compatible and up-to-date parts only a few years ago.
And, I don't use AMD any more due to its actual capture card decided to stop working, it won't even let me open it to update it,
so I now use an Elgato capture card instead.
I hope this helps.

Kind regards,

Michael.

Hello again.

I've managed to work out how to use the Analyzer, and after I had set the OBS application as Administrator, the Wrong GPU also got fixed.
Hopefully, everything will work normally now, but if it still happens, I won't know what to do.
But, thank you very much for the support.

Kind regards,

Michael.
