Random working setups in OBS

Hello!

After rebuilding my PC I would like to stream on Twitch with OSB Studio. Started with the version 28 but on advice I went back to the latest 27.2.4 version.
After putting all my scenes and sources together it was time to rock! But then came the problem.

Setting up all the output and video correct, I got a massive ammount of skipped/lagged frames and it looks like sh#t. Run through all the settings with a friend (and his OBS settings) yesterday and after 1 hour we finally hit a setup without any issue, Base 3440x1440, output 2292x960 with fps 50PAL (Weird???). Today... new day! Only OBS hated my settings I guess, what was working nice yesterday was crap today. Messing around and got it back working on 1920x1080 base and output with 60fps, closed down OBS, 2 minutes later, opening OBS and it was crap again without any changes!

What is going on here? Done all the updates after re-installation of Windows including the additional updates.

I got 2 logfiles attached, the 20-03-31 was running perfect and the 20-15-33 was crap.

1. Disable Game DVR
2. Set Performance Mode to Max in NVIDIA Control Panel
3. Give OBS Administrator Rights
4. Downgrade NVIDIA drivers to version 522.25. There are problems with the latest version

Encoder Settings

Your problem is related to encoder overload

20:19:32.525: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 4126/13844 (29.8%)
