Random thumbs up and thumbs down on stream

This is the strangest thing Ive ever seen. I was doing a livestream today. Using OBS going to Vimeo. I have a camera going into a black magic switcher then into OBS. Using a Mac. 4 times during the stream, an animated 'thumbs up' and 'thumbs down' came on the stream window in OBS and went out to the livestream. Very inappropriate during a heartfelt speech at a funeral. I can't for the life of me work out how it happened. see the attached image. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Same here! This happened on a streaming server without any interactions yesterday.

I guess you all have upgraded to macOS Sonoma, where you can add live reactions to any camera stream using gestures.
All you need to do to rectify this is to click the green camera icon that's in your menu bar, and deactivate reactions.
The camera icon won't be available until you start an app that's using any of the connected cameras, so firing up FaceTime, Teams or OBS will trigger the icon.
