I have been using OBS to stream for about a month now and I got a new internet provider to have the upload speed to actually get it to run normally. My upload speed is plenty fast enough with the low end being like 22 Mbps. After getting the new router and everything set up, I had no issues and my settings were not changed to my knowledge after getting the new internet. I was able to multistream to twitch and youtube before but a few streams ago I had this random spike in dropped frames so I stopped my stream for the night. Then I started having it pop up constantly more and more.
I have a wired connection, I ran a speed test while streaming, I checked task manager for CPU and GPU usage, I changed a lot of settings to try fixing it in OBS, I tried checking my drivers, I have streamed on different days and times (usually late at night), running as administrator does nothing to help either. It will just spike up to like 70% dropped frames then slowly go down till it maybe clears up then do it again the next minute. I have really no clue what to do about it.
