Question / Help Random Screen Zooms whilst recording?

Hello!
I've noticed I've had this problem over the last 3/4 days whilst recording, my OBS Studio screen randomly zooms in, not the actual game recording but the display screen. When ever it does this it leaves a green blank screen in my videos for several seconds to several minutes, which has been very difficult to edit out during time lapses. I updated to the newer version yesterday but that didn't seem to help the problem at all, in fact I believe it's made it worse and more regular.
I tried to record with the standard OBS but I got some message about a driver not being up to date, but all of them are, little confused!
Also, I've been using OBS studio since June and this is the first issue I've had with it.
