Random OBS Disconnects

i've been having random OBS disconnects while streaming. it disconnects and then tries to reconnect even though my internet is up and stable. i'm able to be on voice call and do other things while this is happening. if i try to hard reset the stream with "stop streaming" it then starts saying it "Failed to Connect to Server" and i have to wait a while before it starts working again.

Your gigabit network card is only connecting at 100mbps which suggests faulty cables and/or an outdated router/switch.

thank you! i went ahead and ordered new hardware and will see if that fixes the problem.
