Random OBS crashes (0kb/s > Not responding)

Hey there!

So I've been dealing with some annoying issue for a few weeks now.
At random intervals OBS freezes up my bitrate drops to 0 (internet and upload is still fine tho) And I need to close trough Taskmanager to restart OBS.
I'm at a loss for what is causing this. At first I thought it had to do with certain settings within OBS (scaling output or whatever) since it seemed to happen mostly when opening or closing a game. Alas overtime it started happening just at random intervals. Any ideas ?

Here is the link to the log of my latest session: https://obsproject.com/logs/BKb5WwDsYylg9HRs

Thanks in advance !

Please look inside Help menu and access the folder where the crash reports are stored. Locate the crash report corresponding to the latest crash (name has date) and attach it here. Of course, must be of today.

Hey,
So this is weird. I open up the Crash report Log and The latest crash report dates back from 30/06/2022 ... Now i'm even more confused xD .
Attached is a screenshot of the crash report Folder.
Now that you mention it OBS does not tell me that it has crashed just the bitrate dropping to 0 and freezing up until the program says "not responding".

To better test the quality of your internet connection against twitch server use this tool:
Anything bellow 90 quality is bad. Please do an screenshoot and post it here.
It test the rtmp protocol. Speed tests don't test this protocol.

Also, remove any incompatible plugin.

Here is the test log.
The context here is that I live in Belgium so from experience the Netherlands servers should give me the best connection (13ms) But clearly there is something wrong here with the quality being shit.
I usually run Auto for server connection in OBS. Shall I try to use the Paris server and do a test stream?
I also have manually installed the stream deck plugin since version 28.0.1 does not have it working automatically yet.
I was having this issue before I added the plugin but I will remove that too.

Also is there any other specific tests I can do or ways to troubleshoot RTMP issues ? Thanks in advance !
