Hello! I am having a random issue, I had it once before (like a couple months ago) where randomly my bandwidth would just crap itself; I use 720p60fps at 5000 kbps. I stream pretty regularly on Twitch and haven't had this problem until today (5/17/2020). I looked up forum posts and googled everything i could before just coming here. I have attached my OBS log, plus my Twitch service test, plus my internet speed. I'm not sure if its just a random issue that'll pass tomorrow or something else.

Thank you in advance i really do appreciate it ^_^

Unfortunately your logfile does not contain a streaming session, so we can't really tell what's going on.

Your TwitchTest results have some solid Quality 100 results, hopefully you are streaming to one of those. Speedtest.net is worthless for livestreamers though, they test peak throughput (highest mark), and streaming uses minimum constant throughput (lowest mark).

Really though, the fun part of the internet is that 95% of your connection is entirely out of your control. If someone somewhere on the path to the destination server has a problem one day, you can change nothing and your connection can go from great to awful... then back, as soon as they fix it.
If the issue continues, there are ways to check where the problem is probably happening (like downloading PingPlotter and looking for a hop with a lot of packet loss or erratic high ping, aside from the Twitch servers themselves which will always time out as Twitch has ICMP traffic responses (pings) turned off for them). But really, probably give it a day, maybe power-cycle your router.
