so i recently started using OBS mostly with the Replay Buffer and think its great: the quality is good, no lag when recording and i have the freedom of tweaking every option i could possibly want. For some reason after i upgraded to the most recent version of OBS when i try to record a clip in Full HD (1920x1080, my monitor's res) it just runs in like 3 FPS in the recording, whilst my game (CS:GO) runs at more than 300 FPS at all times. A simple fix was setting a donwnscale to 1280x720, which seemed to fix it for the most part, but randomly in the clip it would just start getting super laggy. It's even worse if i don't downscale it.. I definetly don't think the issue is with my computer, because its a pretty decent desktop, maybe i have done something in the settings wrong. Oh and btw if i try and record at 1080p it says encoding overload or something like that :/.
