Question / Help Random High Pings while streaming League of Legends

Hey i need some help. Everytime when im streaming League of Legends im getting random ping spikes to 150+ ms atleast twice for like 2 minutes. When im playing off stream i dont have any problems like that and i dont know what to do.

Livestreaming uses a lot of bandwidth. If you're using a majority of the upstream your connection has, it will cause in-game latency. Generally it is a good rule to not use more than half of your tested upstream speed for the stream, to help mitigate the problem. There are some games that will do it anyway though (and League can be one of these); many high-end League streamers will use two connections, one for the game, and one for their stream to eliminate the latency jump.

I mean i got a new pc and i never had these problems with my old pc and there i had problems with my cpu. Since i got my new pc i have no problems at all when im off stream but everytime when im streaming i have these high ping problems.

I just cant fix this problem is there more advice i could do?
