Question / Help Random frozen frames in recordings

I have been looking around all over the forums for an answer to my problem. I have been trying to record my gameplay recently and its always pretty smooth, in game frames are good, cpu usage in OBS is low, never see any warnings in OBS and then I go to edit my footage and every now and then, its very random, there are just frozen frames. Audio still plays its just the video. I attached one of my log files. Any help would be appreciated! I missed an epic moment because of a frozen frame, which was very frustrating! I should add I don't get these frozen frames when I am streaming, just on recordings. Doesn't even happen on my Replay Buffers
