Recently started to have random fps drops when recording/streaming.
As well as crashes happening usually as OBS closes.

It seems like there is more drops with higher CPU load.
As I remember this started after I installed new GPU Radeon HD 4870 (previous one was GeForce 9600 GT, all was fine).
