Random crash with obs

Hi, could anyone advise/help my obs has randomly strated to crash when I try to open it. I streamed on Monday with no issue, didnt turn my PC on until thursday to stream and I cant get into OBS. It first comes up with the "obs didnt close properly, run in safe mode or normal" both options follow by the crash message without obs ever opening. I've deleted, re-installed, updated my drivers, re-installed and installed multiple version of OBS and still nothing. This all happened randomly and I cant think of anything else

Not a random crash but caused by the Reaper Control Midi VST plugin.
Somewhere in your sources or audio sources (most likely) you added this VST plugin as a filter. Remove the filter.
