Question / Help Random Crash and Audio buffer of 42ms

For some random reason the past few days my obs studio on windows 10 will crash unexpectedly. This can happen multiple times over the next 10 mins. Another issue is if i make it over a few hours without crashing OBS will automatically add 42ms of audio buffering and im not sure why? i am posting the log and the specs
