Question / Help Rainmeter For OBS

I am using the Rainmeter for music visualizer bars but I don't know how to get the bars into OBS. I have tried display and window capture but it shows the whole screen. All I want are the bars to show up.

How do I get it on OBS? Is it a plugin?

I suspect that display capture, then cropping the image to only capture the area of the screen you want, would be the way to go.
