Bug Report Rainbow six siege frame drops in OBS

iv been trying to stream rainbow six siege lately and when i do the game runs fine but in obs its laggy and when it does run fine the frames drop to under 10 fps when i shoot or there are explosions. iv talked with ubisof a bit to try to find fixes with no luck. they told me to ask you guys now if theres anything i can do. iv done all basic trouble shooting
