Oke so i tried to stream R6 and it worked really well for a couple of days not laggy at all. But now i can litterly not watch back my own stream, on menus its smooth moment in game elements come on screen it gets very choppy but my main issue is i tried everything i knew. turned all siege setting down and back up but no result. getting 150+ fps in game but stream looks like 5-15 fps most of the time. I find it very hard to pin this issue down since one i havent streamed in a while since i didn't have a working gpu anymore and its so random sometimes it is solid 60 fps sometimes its the choppy mess. I took a log of it to share here with different attempts and settings everytime it was lagging on stream. https://pastebin.com/301ya7wD also all my drivers / windows/ obs are up to date. Thanks in advance i hope we can figure this out.

In every stream in your log, you have rendering lag/stalls.
Cap R6 FPS. OBS needs some GPU power to render all the sources in a scene toghether and if your game is using all your GPU resources your stream will be a stutter fest.

oke so i guess capping it to 70 would be a good idea on lower setting ? thanks dude

Cap it to any number and settings that leaves room for OBS to render in your GPU.
If you set a framerate and game's video settings that use about 80% of GPU (with OBS not running), that remaining 20% of your "GPU power" could be more than enough for OBS to render your stream scenes.
So you can mix both settings, framerate cap and video settings, to go to a sweet FPS spot for you.

RB6 is pretty damn GPU heavy.... so Jose Tortolas solution could work!

edit: i think 2500 bit rate is the sweetspot for me bitrate wise.
