Question / Help Quits unexpectedly

Okay I was streaming fine until I was trying to do random stuff with my OBS. This is gonna sound kinda stuiped but...well I made a "media source" under sources and was thinking it could play music so I put a youtube link into it...then it loaded for a minute and quit unexpectedly. I can't open it I have reinstalled OBS and even tried installing a older version. PLEASE HELP!

How Do I do that? btw i have a mac

And pay attention to the dates on it.
