Question / Help Quicksync Starting the output failed

Okay I updated the newest version of OBS 23.0.02 which they said that they resolve the bugs with the QSV, now I when I go for stream/record it says this Starting the output failed.PLease check the log for the details. Note:If you are using NVENC or AMD enconders make sure you videos drivers are up to date.
Don't come at me to change the enconder etc, I WANT TO STREAM WITH QSV.

@Mhannigan At least, press Start and then Stop recording button before uploading the log-file. There is no errors in your log.

Hello there guys, recenlty my i5 8400 arrived and I wanted to start streaming with the intel hd graphichs 630 with quicksync, I have 2 monitors 1 to the video card and another at motherboard, First I updated my driver at the latest one DCH 25.20.100.6577 02-25-2019 but I got error when I wanted to click stream It just dissapear and don't get any error message, but I installed a very old one 24.20.100.6229 8/2/2018 and it works perfectly now, but still I would like the new drivers, and I want to know why do I get that error...

I downgrade my drivers of my i5 8600k to the first version and now works! THANKS!

The "newest" driver you can have while having quicksync to still work seems to be win64_25.20.100.6373 from last year (pre-November).
