quicksync not avalible

Hey,
i have a 2600k on a p8z68-v mainboard.
I wanted to use the igpu of the cpu to stream, but its not showing up in the settings.
I know that the cpu is supporting quicksync .
I hope someone can help me,to set my obs on quicksync so i can use my igpu for streaming.

This doesnt really help much :/
I set it all up correctly, in the bios/uefi.
device manager is showing the igpu .
But quicksync doesnt show up in obs.
