Question / Help QuickSync issues

So.. i just build this PC:
Case: Segotep Gank II, ATX Mid Tower, Black
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-B250-HD3P, Socket 1151
RAM: HyperX FURY Black 8GB, DDR4, 2400MHz, CL15, 1.2V
Processor: Intel Core™ i5-7500, 3.40Ghz, Kaby Lake, 6MB, Socket 1151, BOX
Graphics Card: AMD XFX Radeon™ RX 470, 4GB GDDR5, 256-bit
Hard Drive: HDD WD Blue 1TB, 7200rpm, 64MB cache, SATA III
PSU: Sirtec High Power HPQ-500BR-H12S, 500W, ATX, PFC activ, 230V

Since yesterday i started to have issues with Encoding overloaded.. i switched settings however i could but still same result unfortunately.
I have no ideea where to start from :( My stream settings are like this:

So.. sometimes my cpu fan is going like crazy and when it starts to bring hell on earth sometimes i get drops sometimes i don't...
I have no idea what is going on and i would like to get some assistance.

Post a log with a streaming/recording attempt in it.

Apparently i dont have any logs saved from my past streams.. is there any option that i could check?
