Quicksync issue (kbps drop and spikes) 720p@30 6000kbps

As mentionned, i'm at a lost here, it's been happening lately, was manageable until I updated obs (6000kbps, was staying between 3 - 4.5 kbps up to 9 , rarely above rarely turned red)

But lately I got a lot of issue (stream fps drops, unstable kbps rate)

Tried lots of Nvidia updates, Windows updated, obs updated, I don't see the cause at all (I know quicksync isn't related to NVIDIA) I noticed that somewhere in the log it was saying "iGPU not loaded" or something so i'm gonna look into that but, if it's just rearranging my scenes and all or cleaning up useless things like I see in the log "not loading" i'd like to know, before "starting fresh" or sort of, took a while to set up some stuff properly (bloddyhand display and all)

Log shows Song of Horror opening, loading an episode, save and quit and back to menu at the end

So does it basically means since it can't stream with the iGPU that it goes back to what, next similar would be NVENC?

I'm not sure why you'd want to use QSV when you have NVENC available. NVENC is the best of all hardware encoders. Connect all your monitors to the NVIDIA GPU and don't use the Intel at all.

For the network issues, you could give https://r-1.ch/R1TCPOptimizer.zip a try and see https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/dropped-frames-disconnecting-lag-read-this-first.8870/ for other resources.

Maybe so, but I like to run my games at max graphic setting (or so) and most games are "GPU-Dedicated" so basically I keep my GPU for games

I don't think I got network issue last I check, everything was fine 100 quality on testing for twitch, download/upload is fine , ping is fine, it's just obs spiking (but now that I know it probably dosen't load quicksync but nvidia instead, spikes during scenes and all makes sense now... typically psycho tuning doing it)

NVENC is a separate piece of silicon, using it does not impact game performance. The cross GPU copy would be far more impactful.

Well, everytime I used NVENC with my GPU, (MSI GTX 1660 VENTUS XC OC 8GBPS) it made it crash

Still no good for NVENC (from task manager it use up to 20% of the GPU) while gaming + streaming thus why I focus on having quicksync back & stable
