Question / Help Quicksync error obs

Okay I updated the newest version of OBS 23.0.02 which they said that they resolve the bugs with the QSV, I can see it on the obs Quicksync.h264 now I when I go for stream/record it says this " Starting the output failed.PLease check the log for the details. Note:If you are using NVENC or AMD enconders make sure you videos drivers are up to date."
Don't come at me to change the enconder etc, I WANT TO STREAM WITH QSV.
