Bug Report Quicksync encoder not working

I recently added a discrete gpu to my pc and renabled my igpu in the bios. But when I try to start recording with the encoder, it displays the message "an encoder error occurred while recording"

This problem apparently occurred in late 2018, in version 25.20.100.6444.

I don't know if they've fixed it yet. If they have, you should try the latest driver, from June 2019:

If not you'd need an older version than 6444, but I don't see one on Intel's site older than that; I'm assuming from that that the new driver has fixed it.

Screw it, I'm going to use cpu encoding. It's not worth the trouble
