Bug Report QuickSync does not function on a Celeron G1840?

I have a pc with an Celeron G1840 cpu in it. It's a cpu from the Haswell generation. In the OBS Studio changelog there is this part: "The Media Foundation Quicksync encoder only works with Haswell level and better." So OBS Studio should work with my cpu, but it doesn't. Quicksync is not detected but the G1840 does support it.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Then the description in the changelog needs to be updated. And the G1840 works with the original version of OBS, but I dont now if that version also uses the Media Foundation driver

The original OBS doesnt use it, it has a native implementation. OBS Studio 0.14.0 will get something similar. Dunno about cpu suppprt, cant test it with all cpus out there.
