Quicksync AV1 Encoding option not enabled in Intel Arc latest driver in OBS.

I'm using RTX 3060ti and Intel A380 graphics card right now.
and monitor was connected to an RTX 3060ti graphics card.

It is activated when the monitor is connected to the A380 graphics card.
....But in this case, all games are operated with the A380 graphics card, so they cannot be used.
(Even if you assign a GPU in System - Display - Graphics - Graphics preference, the game works only with A380)

However, in the Intel Arc driver version 31.0.101.3959,
the AV1 encoding option is enabled in OBS without this problem.

So I'm not currently using the latest Intel Arc graphics card...

How can I enable the AV1 encoding option while using the latest drivers?

Please understand that English is awkward using Google Translate.
Thanks
