Hello Everyone,
I've been streaming Pokémon on Twitch from my 3DS for about 4 months and I've had nights (Especially Recently) where as soon as I begin my stream I already start to drop hundreds of frames in seconds and results in disconnections and reconnections. This has become a major problem for my stream because my viewers are constantly being cut off from the stream and there is no telling when a disconnection could happen. I'm always being disconnected and reconnected every few minutes.
I'm running the latest OBS 0.16.6 windows version on my Alienware 17 R3 Laptop Computer. I have my bit rate set to around 1250-1500. I also have very little programs open at the time I'm streaming. I have two tabs on Microsoft Edge and OBS with my 3DS recorder. My upload speed is 27.1 Mbps Download & 3.51 Mbps Upload.
Somehow constant disconnections continue to happen. Are any of my settings wrong or is there anything I need to do to make OBS run better? If anyone has any advice on how to fix this please let me know. Any help would greatly be appreciated.
