Question / Help Quick Sync recording settings in OBS Multiplatform?

What are the best recording settings for Quick Sync in OBS Multiplatform? I'm new to MP, I've been using classic OBS for the longest time. However I wanted to give MP a try but the settings are different and there are a bunch of new settings. I want to record in 1080p and 30fps. My computer has an Intel core i7 4790k, 8GB of RAM, and a GTX 970. I know I should be able to run it just fine since it worked okay(ish) in classic OBS. I would just like know what settings I should use since I'm unable to find a guide.

from what i can tell there arent many settings you can change at all in MP yet.

I would just set it to 1920x1080@30fps and select the bitrate you need. sometimes it can look better if you downscale to 1280x720 though just from a streaming standpoint
