Question / Help Quick setup question

I am a Mac user, looking to build a cheapish setup to stream to YouTube at 1080p 30fps. No gaming, just me sitting in front of a camera.

The machine would be used just for streaming, and hopefully running Chrome and two light programs in the background while streaming.

Im trying to keep this as cheap as possible, as the machine will literally only be turned and used to stream.

The second one (if Quadro 2000 really installed) should support OBS Studio, because HW acceleration of directx(10.2) or opengl(3.2) is required.

Did that build work out for you? was the quadro 2000 good enough for studio?
