So far, I haven't really noticed much of an issue, just I'm just checking to see if this is and actual problem, and that I'm going about fixing it, correctly. Every time I open up OBS Studios 0.16.2 I noticed that 3-4 cef-bootstrap.exe processes open up and continue to run. While these are running, my frame rates are dropping significantly (10-20 fps) when they never had before. Ending those processes fixes the issue, and everything else seems to work fine, but I'm just curious if there's something I should be doing, so that I don't have to end them right before my streams each time. Also, unrelated, occasionally OBS will crash after I close down the program, which is odd, since it's never happened before, especially after its closed down. Any help/thought would be greatly appreciated!
