I am moving from Twitch to Mixer and i am trying to find out the perfect Settings.
There is an issue coming with it though, somehow my Bitrate is unstable and it doesn't matter
what Bitrate i am using. I am constantly dropping Frames. I used a 1,5k Bitrate, 2k Bitrate, 3k Bitrate 4,5k Bitrate.
It seems not to matter at all and i am very confused.
My Pc Setup is good for Streaming : i5 7600 Kaby Lake
16GB Ram
1070 Nvidia Geforce
