[Question] There isn't dllimport in win-dshow plugins

Why is there only __declspec(dllexport)?
I think __declspec(dllimport) is needed.
Can anyone explain?

__declspec(dllexport) has the implicit ability to import if there is no definition found that matches the declaration.
