Question / Help Question on streamlabs and youtube subscribers

Hi everybody -

I am having syncing issues of two types with streamlabs and would appreciate help resolving either/both

1) My bigger issue is I have the alert box to have a graphic and sound play when someone subscribes to my youtube channel

This does not seem to work at all. Additionally, when I look at the event log in streamlabs, the list of subscribers it lists is partial and is not everybody who has subscribed to my channel. For example, I had 15 new subscribers in the past day or two, and it only listed two of them. Similarly though, even in Youtube, I only have a partial list of subscribers - it does not send me messages for all of them

2) Youtube Viewer count

This seems to update relatively infrequently, to the point where I set it in the HTML code to auto refresh every 5 minutes when it does pull an accurate number. Any idea what is wrong and why it doesn't update as the number of viewers changes live?

Any help on either point greatly appreciated - i have tried forums/reddit for a long time and can't fix these issues

Any help appreciated - anybody know why only a fraction of youtube subscribers that i get even appear in my youtube alerts?

For example in notifications, out of every 4-5 subscribers I get, only a 1 actually appears - i don't understand why some subscribers don't appear in my notifications. For those that appear in notifications, the streamlabs alert works, but not all my new subscribers appear in youtube notifications. Thanks in advance.

If your subscribers have their privacy settings so that their list of subscribed channels is private, then when your count goes up you will not get a notification of the new subscriber's name, since their privacy setting blocks it.
