Question on how to active my capture card audio

I’m currently not getting any audio with my capture card. Just need some help trying trying to problem shoot. I do have a wireless headset and a wire controller if that makes any difference. Currently I’m video capture card says it’s inactive and the input for my audio is not picking up the sound. Thanks for the help
