Question/Help PS4 - Astro Mixamp TR- Behringer 802usb - Elgato HD60s

I would like to have it setup to where my xlr mic in the mixer is used for both Stream and Party chat (if possible) I just started streaming in May and had the Astro A40 Headset and Mixamp already - chat link cable sounded horrible - Audio was bad - Tried Voicemeter Banana - No thanks never again it messed up my PC audio seeting and now my Headset mic on Astros will not work - uninstalled VMB

Gear -
  • PS4 with Digital Optical
  • Alienware 17R4 Laptop ( I know a desktop is better but I already had this )
  • Behringer Xenyx 802usb Mixer
  • Neewer 700 XLR Mic ( I know not the best but I am still a new streamer )
  • Blue Snowball USB Mic ( Pre Mixer )
  • Astro A40 TR Headset ( microphone not working ) **/ yes the aux cable is pushed in all the way /**
  • Astro Mixamp Pro TR (Newest models)
Wants -
  • Control over
    • Party chat audio for myself and stream
    • Game audio for myself and stream
    • PC Audio for myself and stream (so I can hear alerts and music)
  • One mic setup if possible so I can have my voice audio sound good on other streamers streams.
I have had nothing but audio issues since I started and am just trying to figure out everything on my own and get the best mix as bad audio has cost me a lot of followers. I do have a blue snowball I use for party chat but I know other streamers use just one mic, mixamp, mixer, and have absolute control. I have zero audio experience FYI. I just got the mixer last week.

Mixamp - Astro Control Center Settings Stream Port - Mic and Aux Muted, Game and Chat audio full
  • Digital optical to PS4
  • USB to power outlet
  • Stream port - ground loop - Stereo aux return - I didnt have an adapter 3.5 - 6.35mm for headset / Just got one
  • Aux port - FX send from Mixer / so I could hear mixer audio through headset port
Laptop - Sounds Line In and Line Out Default
  • Line out 3.5mm to split 6.35mm cable - channel 3/4
  • Line in split 6.35mm to 3.5mm from main out on mixer
Mixer
  • XLR to Channel one
  • Line out from pc to channel 3/4
  • Stereo Aux 3.5mm to 6.35 mm return from stream port on Mixamp
  • FX Send to Mixamp Aux
  • Main out to line in on laptop
  • USB to Laptop
Streamlabs OBS
  • Aux/Mic - Line In
  • Elgato - Video Input - Properties - Sound is WAV I think - Video Setting HDMI Sound
*** If I did USB to PS4, party chat got all of my Mix. with settings set to Input Device USB CODEC / Output Device TV Amp or USB CODEC
Now that I have the adapter for my headset I can plug that into Phones Port on Mixer - Have

Mixamp
  • Headset Port to Channel Stereo return so I can hear and use mixamp nobs for game sound mixing
  • Stream Port to Channel 5/6 and mix the setting in Astro Control Center for chat/game audio
Mixer
  • FX Send to 3.5mm port on Elgato for recording - Maybe Switch to Analog Sound in Video Settings in OBS ??
  • ??? Is there a way to USB to PS4 to elimate blue snowball and not have the entire audio mix and bad echo from party chat in my headphones - I had to not share microphone audio in party chat to not have a bad echo before
I am just seeing if this setup will work or if anyone has something better as I have people in discords say they will help and just tell me that I am stupid and should not have a mixer if I know nothing about them - yada yada
