I am trying to record CS:GO in 1080p 60fps, something I have done countless times in the past with other games, yet for some reason my recordings are now extremely laggy. I saw in the log files that there was a 1% frame drop due to encoding lag, so I limited my fps in game to reduce GPU usage. This did nothing. I'm not sure what's going on here, since I have a decent computer that should be able to handle this.
