My stream freezing every 10 seconds ins't the issue now.
When standing still or sitting in a lobby, my stream looks perfect. When I start moving around and playing the game, the stream goes super blurry. Example: https://clips.twitch.tv/DeterminedBoringDogResidentSleeper
