Hi everyone,
I've been trying to wrap my head around on how to make this happen. Looking at Luca's guide (https://lucavitali.wordpress.com/2018/08/24/how-to-use-obs-studio-external-encoder-for-live-events/) everything works fine.
There is only one thing that I'm missing:
After getting the Live Event running I need to be able to join a normal Teams meeting to get the camera feed from my presenters with NDI. I believe the only way for OBS to see the NDI feed from my presenters is to be in a call/meeting with them. I want to have a style of panel discussion where they are all on the screen at the same time. The thing is that if I'm already with my Live Event open (not started), if I join a Teams meeting I put the event window on hold. If I then go back to the Live Event I get the Teams meeting on hold. How do I manage to produce the event through OBS and at the same time be in a Teams meeting with my presenters to get their NDI camera feed into OBS?
Thanks for the help!
