I only want to stream at 1280x720 30fps x264. No recording.
For the longest time I've done it by setting base 1920x1080 and output 1280x720.
If I set the base resolution instead at 1280x720 directly will that mean less encoding work for the computer?
The source is either 1080p or 1080i, but the computer usually lags if I try to pull the 1080p source. I'm wondering if I can get a little better performance if I set the base resolution directly to 1280x720.
