Question / Help Question about frames

So i notice when i broadcast after i click off OBS it looks like i loose a little frames.When i click back on it its 60 fps.It dont show im losing any but any idea why it dont look smooth then entire time?

Provide your OBS log from a session where you're having trouble.

ok here ya go like i said its not bad but i know its not as smooth as it could be

Avoid using display capture.
And make sure nvidia's in-game overlay is off.
