(Realised that OBS studio had a separate forum, sorry for re-post)
Hi!
ive been streaming with dual PC setup for a while now with a "intel i5 760" in the Streaming PC, but i also have a "AMD Phenom II X6 1055T" lying around and a friend of mine said "you might concider using the AMD CPU since it has more cores"
what do you experts say? i have both "i5 760" and "Phenom II X6 1055T" so witch one would be the better for encoding? i will not play games on this PC, it will only be streaming whatever im doing at the Game PC.
http://cpuboss.com/cpus/Intel-Core-i5-760-vs-AMD-Phenom-II-X6-1055T This test shows that "i5 is better" but it might be diffrent since i just want it for encoding?
Thanks in advance, and sorry for my potato english. :>
EDIT: i realised i aslo have a "AMD FX-4170", would it be worth it to buy a MOBO for it, or is this CPU in the same class as the others i have?
