Question / Help Qualtity Trouble

Hey People,
first my English is not realy good, but i try my best ;)

I´m a small streamer on Twitch and ich have trouble with my video qualty.

This are the results of my speedtest:


so i set my obs to this settings:

but qulity is stil nocht good, 720p should look better. Here the last stream: https://www.twitch.tv/abortedtv/v/113606233

has someone any tipp`s? or is this problem only in my head :D:D:D ?

Watched partly your stream (near 1:30 min). Looks very good.

Betther quality:
Video settings , downscale filter Bicubic or even better, Lanczos.
